About

After finding my passion and career for many years in the Equestrian world, this sadly ended after a serious horse riding accident that resulted in a dislocated, twisted and snapped off femur.

The two years following were extremely difficult as I found myself unable to walk, dealing with the discomfort and the devastating mental effects of not being able to fulfil my passion and career of Horseriding, I eventually found a Pilates-based Physio. At the time my left leg was completely lost of strength, and all I could do was lie on a MAT, with the will to try to build myself up very slowly.

I had always enjoyed Pilates, and an Osteopath asked me if I had considered becoming a Pilates Instructor, as it was a career where I could help others.

After realising the impact that Pilates had on my recovery, and having empathy to help others who may be going through injury, pain or even just a desire to feel better about themselves, my journey to become a Pilates instructor began, and I have never looked back.

My story so far…

Helping people of any age, ability, or injury to live a life they love.

Become the best version of yourself.

Developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, the method focuses on controlled movement of the whole body through specific exercises to achieve strength, alignment and flexibility.

Pilates increases core strength, improves posture and balance, lengthens the body, and encourages optimum breathing patterns.

The Pilates reformer is one piece of apparatus that Joseph Pilates created that uses springs for assistance and resistance when working through specific Pilates exercises.

Pilates reformer classes provide a full body workout that target both the major and minor muscles of the body.
